The 2026–2027 Luss Vocal Studio year runs from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.

Full-year enrollment includes 35 regular private lesson credits. Please refer to the Luss Vocal Studio Private Lesson Membership Policies for complete information regarding tuition, scheduling, cancellations, rollover credits, membership changes, and credit expiration.

All studio dates, closures, production schedules, and lesson availability are subject to change. Families will receive written notice of significant calendar changes.

• The annual $45 registration fee begins or renews.
• Scheduling and billing transition to Acuity unless otherwise announced.
• Updated tuition rates and approved account adjustments take effect.

Recurring weekly lesson times may begin during active studio teaching weeks when an appropriate opening is available.

Recurring appointments are not held during published studio closures or unavailable teaching dates.

No regular Luss Vocal Studio private lessons will be scheduled on the following dates.

June 25–July 5, 2026

The studio will be closed for Summer Break.

August 10–14, 2026

The studio will be closed for scheduling, planning, and studio preparation during the first week of school.

Monday, September 7, 2026

The studio will be closed in observance of Labor Day. Regular lesson scheduling resumes Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

October 12–16, 2026

The studio will be closed for Fall Break.

November 23–27, 2026

The studio will be closed for Thanksgiving Break.

December 21, 2026–January 8, 2027

The studio will be closed for Winter Break. Regular lesson scheduling resumes beginning Monday, January 11, 2027.

February 10–15, 2027

The studio will be closed for professional development, travel, and the annual music educators’ convention.

March 8–12, 2027

The studio will be closed for Spring Break.

March 26–29, 2027

The studio will be closed for Easter Weekend. Regular lesson scheduling resumes Tuesday, March 30, 2027.

April 26–30, 2027

The studio will be closed for the final week of April.

May 27–31, 2027

The studio will be closed for the End-of-Year Studio Break.

The 2026–2027 studio year ends on May 31, 2027.

Because Luss Vocal Studio and Elevate Performing Arts Conservatory are both directed by Relana Luss, regular private lessons will not be available on designated production tech, dress-rehearsal, and performance dates.

These are individual production-related closures and do not automatically close the studio for the entire surrounding week.

No regular LVS private lessons will be scheduled on:

• Saturday, November 7, 2026 — Early Tech
• Monday, November 9, 2026 — Tech Rehearsal
• Tuesday, November 10, 2026 — Tech Rehearsal
• Thursday, November 12, 2026 — Final Dress Rehearsal
• Friday, November 13, 2026 — Performance
• Saturday, November 14, 2026 — Performances

Private lessons may still be available on other dates during the production period when appointments are shown as open in Acuity.

No regular LVS private lessons will be scheduled on:

• Monday, December 14, 2026 — Tech Rehearsal
• Tuesday, December 15, 2026 — Tech Rehearsal
• Thursday, December 17, 2026 — Final Dress Rehearsal
• Friday, December 18, 2026 — Performance
• Saturday, December 19, 2026 — Performances

Private lessons may still be available on other dates during the production period when appointments are shown as open in Acuity.

All remaining legacy, courtesy, or transferred lesson credits from the previous studio year or scheduling system must be scheduled and used no later than:

August 31, 2026

Any unused legacy credits will expire after this date.

All regular 2026–2027 lesson credits must be scheduled and used no later than:

May 31, 2027

Any unused regular credits will expire at the end of the studio year.

The posted Acuity scheduling calendar is the final source for currently available private-lesson appointments.

Families are responsible for monitoring their lesson-credit balances and scheduling lessons before the applicable expiration dates.

Lesson credits do not guarantee particular appointment dates, times, recurring reservations, or additional availability outside the posted Acuity calendar.

An LVS private-lesson closure does not automatically cancel an EPAC rehearsal, tech rehearsal, or performance. Families participating in an EPAC production must follow the separate EPAC production calendar.

All dates, closures, production schedules, and teaching availability are subject to change when necessary. This will reflect on teh scheduling calendar on acuity.
